Update to the Feb. 18 Co-Optima Directed Funding Opportunity

We have three updates to the Co-Optima Directed Funding Opportunity:

  1. We have clarified the eligibility requirements. For-profit entities, educational institutions, and nonprofits that are incorporated (or otherwise formed) under the laws of a particular State or territory of the United States and have a physical location for business operations in the United States are eligible to apply for funding under this DFO. Nonprofit organizations described in section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 that engaged in lobbying activities after December 31, 1995, are not eligible to apply for funding.
  2. The original white paper (proposal) template failed to include the Joint Work Statement part of the template. The new template can be found here. We will accept proposals using either template.
  3. The proposal email service has a file size limit of 8 MB. Please make sure your proposals do not exceed 8 MB.

We apologize for any confusion and look forward to receiving your white papers. As always, direct any questions to [email protected].
